Your Safety & Comfort / Terms & Conditions

'SEA TRADAR' is licensed and insured for a total of 12 persons (including crew) and operates under the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) code of practice for charter boats. Consequently a life-raft, full emergency and personal safety equipment (lifejackets, first aid kit, etc.) is carried.

Safety at sea is a serious matter and, therefore, the consumption of alcohol on board is to be kept to an absolute minimum. Also, no illegal or banned substances are to be brought on board.
Failure to comply may result in the skipper terminating the trip and returning to the Quay.
The decision of the skipper is final and no refunds will be given.

Weather conditions at sea are cooler and an extra layer of clothing may be appropriate. If the weather looks changeable consideration should be given to bringing waterproof clothing.
Suitable footwear, with non-slip soles, should be worn.

Should a trip be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions your deposit will be refunded or an alternative date arranged.

In the event of the customer cancelling the trip and another booking is not able to be secured for that date the operator reserves the right to retain the deposit.

No claim will be accepted against the operator for cancellation due to illness, breakdown or any event beyond the operator’s control.
